What is hard to copy
Reads the label instead of guessing from a photo
The result rests on what is printed. The app shows how sure it is and never invents a percentage it did not see.
On the phone first
The scan runs on the device. Only when the phone's read is weak is a single label image sent to the cloud, and it is not stored.
The wardrobe lives in your iCloud
When the phone is signed in to iCloud, saved items are kept in the user's private iCloud, which the developer cannot access.
Why it is built this way
A brand only when it is printed
An earlier version sometimes guessed a well-known brand that was not on the label. Now a brand is read only from the label itself.
A correction on every result
Every scan result opens with Not right? Correct this scan. When a blend is misread, the user fixes it in a second.
