Privacy, and who runs this site
Updated 19 September 2026
Who I am
This site is run by Povilas Konopackas, a sole trader registered in Lithuania (individual activity certificate No. 1503311, issued by the State Tax Inspectorate, VMI), Akacijų g. 14-2, Raudondvario k., LT-14258, Lithuania. I am the data controller. Write to hello@ai-leverage.app, or privacy@ai-leverage.app for anything about privacy.
Your answers to the assessment
Your answers, including any text you type yourself after choosing "Something else", are kept only in this browser tab's storage (sessionStorage), so they survive a reload or a language switch. The same storage holds the days you tick off in the plan and a marker that the report has already been shown once in this tab. None of it is sent to me or to anyone else. The result is worked out in your browser. No decisions about you are made automatically. Start again clears all of it, and so does closing the tab in most browsers.
When you write to me or book a call
The button "Send this result to me" opens your own mail app, or whichever web mail service your browser is set to open mail with, with a message to me. If you press it from your result, the result is already written into the message: the figures, the advice, and below them every question you were asked with the answer you gave, so that nobody has to ask you the same things again. You can edit or delete any of it before sending. Nothing is sent until you press send. When your message arrives I see your email address and what you wrote, and I use it only to reply and to prepare the conversation. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or, if you write on behalf of a company, my legitimate interest in answering an enquiry about my services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
"Email this result" opens a message with no recipient. It reaches me only if you address it to me.
The booking page is provided by Google Ireland Limited (a Google Calendar appointment schedule). If you book a time there, you give your first name, last name and email address on Google's page, along with anything else that form asks you. I receive them in my calendar. Google receives them too, under its own terms and privacy policy rather than as my processor. I use them to hold that call and for nothing else, and I delete the entry within 12 months of it. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or my legitimate interest in arranging a meeting you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Google may transfer the data outside the EU under the safeguards it describes. Booking is never required: an email does the same thing.
You do not have to write to me, and the assessment works without it. If you do not give me an email address, I cannot reply.
I delete the correspondence within 12 months of our last contact unless we sign a contract, in which case the documents tied to it are kept for 10 years, as accounting law requires.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare, Inc. serves this site and forwards mail addressed to ai-leverage.app to my Google (Gmail) inbox, and Google Ireland Limited stores that mail. I reply from it through Google's mail servers. Cloudflare handles technical request data (IP address, browser type, time) to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare also tells this site which country the connection comes from. That signal, and the first language your browser names in the request, are used once: only when you open the site's root address, and only to decide whether to show the Lithuanian version. Neither the country nor the browser language is stored, and this site's code neither reads nor records your IP address. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in delivering the site securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). I do not receive or keep these logs. Both may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask me for a copy of these safeguards.
The site has no analytics and no third-party scripts. The site itself uses one cookie, “lang”: it is written when you follow a link inside the site to the Lithuanian or the English home page, usually the language switch at the top, and it holds nothing but the language you chose (“lt” or “en”) for a year. It is there so the site opens in the language you asked for, which is why no consent is requested for it (ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC Art. 5(3), and Art. 73 of the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Communications, which transposes it). Legal basis: my legitimate interest in serving the site in the language you chose (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can delete the cookie in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@ai-leverage.app and I will answer within a month. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
Separately: you can object at any time to any processing that rests on my legitimate interests. I will then stop, unless I can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests and rights.
