Privacy, and who runs this site

Who I am

This site is run by Povilas Konopackas, a sole trader registered in Lithuania (individual activity certificate No. 1503311, issued by the State Tax Inspectorate, VMI), Akacijų g. 14-2, Raudondvario k., LT-14258, Lithuania. I am the data controller. Write to [email protected], or [email protected] for anything about privacy.

Your answers to the assessment

Your answers are kept only in this browser tab's storage (sessionStorage), so they survive a reload or a language switch. They are not sent to me or to anyone else. The result is worked out in your browser. No decisions about you are made automatically. Start again clears them, and so does closing the tab in most browsers.

When you write to me

The call button opens your own mail app with a message to me. If you press it from your result, the result is already written into the message, and you can edit or delete it before sending. Nothing is sent until you press send. When your message arrives I see your email address and what you wrote, and I use it only to reply and to prepare the conversation. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or, if you write on behalf of a company, my legitimate interest in answering an enquiry about my services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

"Email this result" opens a message with no recipient. It reaches me only if you address it to me.

You do not have to write to me, and the assessment works without it. If you do not give me an email address, I cannot reply.

I delete the correspondence within 12 months of our last contact unless we sign a contract, in which case the documents tied to it are kept for 10 years, as accounting law requires.

Who else is involved

Cloudflare, Inc. serves this site and forwards mail addressed to ai-leverage.app to my Google (Gmail) inbox, and Google Ireland Limited stores that mail. I reply from it through Google's mail servers. Cloudflare handles technical request data (IP address, browser type, time) to deliver and protect the site. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in delivering the site securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). I do not receive or keep these logs. Both may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask me for a copy of these safeguards.

The site has no analytics, no cookies and no third-party scripts.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and I will answer within a month. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
